Supreme and The North Face's three-in-one floral jacket is an outdoor grail

Take a trek in Supreme’s latest collaboration. As part of its Spring collection, the streetwear giant has teamed up with The North Face on a capsule that’s all about elevating your outdoor-ready style.

While the two have loaded furs and rescue gear into their existing lineup of apparel offerings, the upcoming collab puts versatile silhouettes on top. Full of outerwear, sweatshirts and sweatpants, t-shirts, and other accessories, the capsule joins The North Face’s element-protective tech with Supreme’s affinity for bold prints.

Take a hike — The standout here is the Trekking Convertible Jacket, a piece made of water-resistant, recycled nylon with zippers at the shoulders and arms to allow for an easy transition into a vest or shirt. It comes with plenty of pockets for storage and a floral color variant (or beige or black for the less stylishly adventurous). Pairing with the jacket is the Trekking Belted Pant, which is constructed with the same material and zippers at the knee if you want to bear some shin.

Most of the collection is cut from the same weather-resistant nylon and dressed in monochrome palettes or multi-color florals. Another coordinated moment comes in the form of a cotton Bandana sweatshirt, sweatpants, and a t-shirt. Choppy cuts of paisley print appear throughout each piece, all of which come in red, green, and sky blue color variations.

For footwear, the collab keeps it simple. A pair of slides is constructed with nylon ripstop and open mesh on the upper. The lug rubber outsole is indented for traction should you wish to take a full trek with these, and you can rest assured the buckle closures and webbing straps will keep your feet secure.

As for the accessories, a crucial element for any hiker, the collection features soft bill camp caps and bucket hats. Each is offered in the range of green, black, or florals and is made with the same functional and sustainable material. Backpacks and waist bags round out the storage options and come with the ability to be packed into a smaller shape — similar to the Trekking Belted Short from the apparel section.

The Trekking collection by Supreme and The North Face will be available at 11 a.m. ET this Thursday, June 9, on the streetwear label’s website and in physical stores. This should come as good news to whoever bought that $90,000 Supreme Airstream trailer; they’ll probably be needing some outdoor-ready apparel to go with it.
