We got the purple iPhone 12 mini early and it’s absolutely sick

In case it wasn’t obvious, we at Input love purple. Not like, LOVE . So when Apple announced a new purple iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 mini , we basically freaked out.

Just called purple, the shade is actually darker than the purple iPhone 11.

8.5 On a scale of 1-10, with 1 being the lightest and 10 the richest, the purple iPhone 12 scores an 8.5.

It’s a shame the iPhone 12 Pro and 12 Pro Max don’t come in purple.

Prince (RIP) would have loved this purple iPhone, but if we’re really being serious, a few shades darker like this official MagSafe case would have made it purple-fect for #LakerNation.

Purple may not be Pantone’s 2021 color of the year , but the purple iPhone 12 still pops. Did we really just review a color? Yes, we did. The tech world needs more color . Don’t like purple? We feel sorry for you.

Of course, purple phones aren’t new. Samsung’s done a Lilac Purple Galaxy S9 before.
